Adults cannot give ideas to teams, but they can teach skills! ​At the NCOME annual skills fair, team members participate in different workshops to gain skills which help them in solving their long term problem. Children always love this event, and participating team member can share their new knowledge with the rest of the team afterwards! There is always limited capacity (more volunteers are always needed!), so sign up immediately when the registration email is sent. Resources from previous skills fair are below.
